In order to offer sustainable hotels, event organisers should enquire with hotels about specific efforts being made to reduce environmental impacts from property-wide initiatives to guest rooms and food & beverage.
These days, an increasing number of hotels, from the more budget-friendly to the more luxurious, are designing their buildings sustainably, adopting sustainable operations, procurement and management. By considering a hotel’s green initiatives, event organisers can select eco-hotels to partner with as the choice for overnight accommodations for international guests.
